Refund policy

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must be in a resellable condition

To initiate a return, please contact us at onthegopackaginguk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
